If you've found something wrong on Fanorate, please tell us. Our editorial process combines human editors with AI research tools, and although we review every article before publication, errors do reach the page sometimes — especially on details like price, current availability, schedule, and retailer policies, which change quickly anyway. How to reach the right person
Editorial — corrections, tips, story ideas, review requests
Use this address if you've found an error in an article (even a small one — a misstated price, a wrong fabric spec, an outdated retailer link, a scheduling typo), if you have a story idea, if you'd like us to consider covering a specific jersey, kit, uniform, event, or product, or if you have feedback on our coverage. We respond to corrections within two business days, across every sport we cover.
Partnerships — retailers, brands, affiliate programs
Use this address if you represent a licensed retailer, apparel or equipment manufacturer, league, federation, or affiliate network — across any sport. Please note: we do not accept paid placements, sponsored articles, or "guaranteed coverage" arrangements. We do work with reputable retailers and brands through standard affiliate programs.

What to expect when you write to us
We aim to respond to editorial corrections within two business days and to all other inquiries within five business days. Response times may be longer during major tournament windows when our editorial team is operating on a heavier publishing schedule.
We are a small editorial team. We cannot always respond individually, but we read everything and we follow up on every correction request and every credible product issue raised by a reader.
What we can't help with
Fanorate is an editorial publication, not a retailer. We cannot help with:
- Order status, shipping, returns, refunds, or warranty claims on products you purchased from a retailer we link to. Please contact the retailer directly.
- Authenticity verification of a specific jersey, kit, uniform, or piece of equipment you already own.
- Tournament, league, or event ticketing, accreditation, or hospitality.
- Customer service for any FIFA, U.S. Soccer, Concacaf, NBA, MLB, NHL, IOC, ICC, ITF, league, federation, or governing-body matter — we are not affiliated with any of the organizations we cover on the site.
